Elaeocarpus Ganitrus Or Rudraksha is an evergreen traditional medicinal Plant that is commonly found in South East Asia. Beads of Rudraksha are prominent from ancient times for their spiritual and medicinal benefits. Rudraksha word means Tears of Shiva, “Rudra” (name of Shiva) and “Aksha” (tears).
Many Spiritual Gurus said that Shiva was in meditation for a long period. Traditionally, Rudraksha beads are categorized based on the number of mukhas. Two Mukhi to fourteen Mukhi Rudraksha are easily available and one Mukhi and Fifteen to twenty-one Mukhi Rudraksha are rare. Only PanchMukhi rudraksha is the only rudraksha recommended for everyone –man, woman and child.
If we talk about the medicinal value then many clinical trials reported the medicinal benefits of wearing Rudraksha beads against Neurological, Cardiovascular disorders, rheumatism and other diseases.
